It can be argued that there is nothing more thought provoking than a sunrise. It happens every day all around the world. A sunrise at our home signifies hope and is welcomed with gratitude. We look forward to this natural beautiful event which inspires all possibilities.
However not all sunrises signify hope, gratitude and blessings. A sunrise in Haiti often means a lack of clothing, clean water, hunger, despair and a sense of inability to make life better from the day before. A sunrise in Haiti often rises to hopelessness, for many.
Move to Matter's mission is inspiring children to look outside their world and touch the lives of other children on the planet. Children can impact their own lives through committing to exercise and use that positive change to help children around the world through coordinating sponsors for their efforts. By counting on oneself they are receiving and giving the gift of all the possibilities a sunrise can inspire.
Over the past year we have partnered with other 501c3 organizations and have helped many children around the world. Our structure ensures that the use of our funds are verifiable and 100% of the resources are used to fund projects around the world.
We are so proud to meet the kids from this Kenyan village.

This is where these children attend school, under a tree.

However, Move to Matter has fully funded a school like the one below which is under construction and should be complete by the summer.
One of our most exciting partnerships has been with a safe house in Haiti. In 3 years they have been able to reunite 60 lost kids with their families, provide food clothing and most important hope for hundreds of homeless and orphaned children.
The inspiring Video below shows more about Morgan's passion and the real work she is doing in Haiti. Brilliant, and dedicated Morgan is only 21 years old. Her voice for the children is loud and can be heard around the World. She has even spoken at the United Nations Youth Council.

In supporting Morgan's mission we have fully funded 10 bikes. Bikes mean to the children of Haiti safety. It is not uncommon for a child to be kidnapped and enslaved on their way to work or school. These bikes mean hope to these children enabling them to find work, and commute to school.
Morgan's video highlights the harsh living conditions forcing the children to sleep on the hard floor. Move to Matter was able to purchase beds for these children giving them a sense of dignity and also a good night sleep.
Thank-you for our help with building the school.
